Baby Charli's pram


Baby Charli's pram is Zorro's horse, Cinderella's pumpkin, a real strolling circus which spreads party time around him wherever he goes.
Baby Charli is not like anyone else ! He's only one, but he weighs 20 times more than the neighbour's baby ! Always happy, if he cries its just to make you laugh ! Watch out anyway !!! He has the world record for the biggest wee jet ! When one sees Baby Charli, one says that it's not really difficult being a baby, but that it's really difficult not to laugh ! Baby Charli means pram stunts, light games, deafening loud speakers, an engine as discrete as a 15 tonne lorry and a chassis as quick as a Formula 1 ! One channel, three programmes
Two delivery men, dressed in overalls, each carry under their arms an turned off television. These huge 2.25m giants wander through the public, carrying their enormous televisions as best they can. They catch one eyes and ears, stun ones senses and make heads turn. Passers-by turn around, ask questions, but, above all, wait to see what happens …
Our delivery men stop, out of breath. This short stop allows each television to open up and a newscaster, dressed for the 9 o'clock news, appears in each screen. The illusion is thus created of improbable couples, the carriers and the carried, whose precarious balance appears to defy the laws of nature.
The presenters want to present and the delivery men want to deliver .. . or is it the other way round? The spectators are witness to and get caught up in this obscure language. It's fleeting, efficient and funny, open to the general public who don't manage to understand everything : there's no doubt, it's the TV all right !

These 5 individuals are ill-mannered … Or gentlemen .. Or perhaps both ! It depends on their humour of the moment. The offbeat music has been specially written for them. The show is constructed around who they meet; improvisations with the public are omnipresent, yet without words ! Static or wandering, in the street or indoors, during the day or at night ! They surprise, disturb, amuse or annoy … I

These four characters, arrived from nowhere, make up this “poetic” brass band. They set off to sharps, flats, notes or silences...
Jazzy compositions, arrangements of unknown curious works, huge acoustics and a caustic or perhaps exhilarating street performance.
Aware of the importance of their image, they are dressed by Roger Tati (Jack's brother).

Created to the dimensions of Raoul Lambert, this really modern theatre (Aaahh !!), has an extraordinary acoustic which re transcribes perfectly even the smallest tremolo of the crooner/looser.
His clever scene management allows you, without a big screen, to follow every magic effect.
Try the total immersion into the universe of this off-beat magician.
The magic formula is composed of 5 different séances allowing the public to come back time and time again. The séances are “à la carte”, each one played to a full house (min 10 pers) with their frequency and number depending on the number of spectators (every 20 mins at busy times with up to 14 shows/day).
Each séance is composed of the following ingredients :
- Close by magic (manipulation).
- Telepathy
- Deformed or reinterpreted songs
- Audience participation

What would you do if your mother offered you a pedal plane for your birthday ? You'd look for a “runway” and “take off into the sky” of course. Little Léo and his mother take us on a journey full of burlesque scenes, until everyone joins in to help create an improvised airport runway …
